Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping Policy:
I am committed to ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and promptly. Here’s what you can expect:
• Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment, as each product is handmade. Thank you!
• Shipping Methods: I offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Feel free to leave a note on your order if it is more urgent and I will do my best to get your package sent out as promptly as possible.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the method you choose.
• International Shipping: I currently offer international shipping. International shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.
Return and Refund Policy:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns:
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact me at chantelle@chantellenicolejewelry.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. I will guide you through the process!
• Return Shipping: Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. :)
Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at chnatelle@chantellenicolejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
• Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
